You can have metal claws that you wear as a glove. You don't really want ones that are built-in unless you get prosthetic arms. Wolverine's claws were actually bone claws which got coated with adamantium like the rest of his bones. Bone claws which slip between muscles and veins to pearce flesh each time they're extended or retracted. Just ick..

But if you get prosthetic arms, you could also have other things stashed away in them..
