Post Script

Two questions: Does anyone have useful information about editing videos or about contesting traffic tickets? Specifically I want to prove that the zone where I was stopped had a higher speed limit than listed on the ticket, and I also intend to contest the speed it claims I was going. Other than that, I'm looking to chop out pieces of video from longer MPEG files and maybe adjust audio levels if I can to try and eliminate background noise (that part's less important than the former at this point, and I realize it will be much more complicated). I do have a copy of Premiere 6.5.
