Oop. As I was just saying on AIM and Facebook, I didn't even make the connection that Epstein-Barr Virus causes infectious mononucleosis which = mono. I dunno if I present all the appropriate signs and symptoms of mono, since a lot of them aren't obvious, and the ones that are obvious are ones that could be the result of almost any disease (fever, fatigue, weight loss, malaise, etc.)

the only way to really confirm mono is to get an ultrasound of your spleen to see if it is swollen. Otherwise it is just assumed that EB = Mono.

Ya, unfortunately I don't think Primary Adult Care covers things like that, but I'll certainly see what I can do about this.
