Black and white
Up and down
Left and right
For or against
Joy or angst
Positive and negative
Forward motion, retroactive
All these things combined
Don't the world describe
Who forgot the color?
When did we lose sight?
Who took our variety,
And made darkness of our light?
The sun shown ultraviolet
But we forgot to see
All those colors of the rainbow
Invisible and free
Top and bottom
Charm and strange
Sentient life distinctions
Our minds are so deranged
All the world is living
All the sky is blue
Tinted red and indigo
With silent purple hues
The universe is full of light
And dancing curves of space
Time is the illusion
Which gives us all our place
Bottom-up or top-down
Where did our center go?
Is the universe just there?
Is the heart our gravity?
